Great move! Will coordinated the move at the office and Adam led a team of three professional movers. They arrived within the agreed upon window, moved me out of an apartment building that honestly serves prison complex without ada accommodations, and into a three story townhouse. They asked questions for clarification every step of the way, and I felt that my move was in good hands. It was my first move using a mover service and I was nervous, but in retrospect, it was a smooth, pleasant experience. Olde World Movers was recommended by my parents, and I would recommend them to anyone else. Adam especially impressed me with his friendliness, work ethic, and ability to get the job done.

The movers were personable, helpful and efficient. They were so fast I could not keep up with them. If someone ever said manual labor is unskilled work watching this crew work would chase anyone's mind!

This was the second part of a two part move for me. I have worked extensively with their planning department, dispatch department and two different crews of 3. There is no doubt this moving company is worth an excellent recommend, throughout the process.

Their communication is excellent during the planning stage. They are also flexible and proactive to change on their end based on revised issues coming from my end.

Their pricing is simple and fair. They estimate the move and price it out with what they feel is an appropriate sized crew to meet the job. But at the end of the day, you only pay for what they do, at the agreed hourly rate and not an inaccurate estimate. If it all works well, you save money.

Dispatch was always available immediately during the move for quick questions.

The movers, two different teams of 3 were excellent. Obviously experienced. Good solid people, which is no guarantee in this business. A special shout-out to Jamaal, Chris and Dean who adjusted their work on the spot to make something we didn’t think could happen, (details unimportant) happen. This might not have seemed like a big deal to them, but their willingness to think outside the box literally brought tears to my wife’s eyes when she saw what they’d done.

Our movers today were absolutely fantastic. There is no way we could have done this without them. Our house is basically up a cliff with no easy way to get furniture or boxes up, and they handled it like pros.

They had the best attitude all day and treated every single item with so much care. They even got pieces up a stairway I genuinely didn’t think was possible.

This is the second time we’ve used them, and it’s always a pleasure. So grateful for these hardworking people who show up and do an incredible job. Will recommend to anyone looking for movers in DFW area.
