While moving is the worst and I don't intend to ever do it again, I'm glad my last move was with Olde World. From the beginning they were very responsive and easy to work with. To ensure an accurate estimate they sent Ron from the operations team out in person, and he did a great job of helping me understand the costs and logistics. The move itself was as smooth as possible, and and they even managed to safely move my heavy and fragile ceramic grill. Matt in particular did a great job as the team lead making sure all aspects of the job were done according to company standards, dealing with me not being completely ready for them, making the move happen even when furniture didn't want to fit, and keeping me updated on their progress the whole time.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team we had was extremely professional, quick, and very careful with all of our belongings. We would definitely use this company again for any future moves
Wonderful experience! Kim and Carlos were kind, respectful, and quick. All our items arrived undamaged and they set them up very rapidly. Final payment was less than what we were quoted. Our first time ever using movers and would 100% recommend Olde Worlde!

Olde World Moving just handled our move from South Bend, Indiana back to Texas, and they were great to work with. Super professional, hard-working, and really knew their craft when it came to packing and taking care of our things. This was actually our second time using them, and they’ve been solid both times. The office staff really worked with me on scheduling as it was an then kind of move. It all worked out. The 4 guys who did my move were great. They did an excellent job of packing everything and wrapping the pieces that required it. The delivery went just as well. The guys positioned everything as I asked and moved some things I made mistakes in positioning. I would highly recommend this company. The one criticism I have would be that I sold or donated a lot of pieces before the move. The guy who did my estimate had told me to let company know and they would adjust the price. I did that and they did not adjust. Stated I was still using 2 trucks so no adjustments would be made. I would use them again.
Excellent experience from start to finish. When I called to get the quote, Aaron was very helpful and informative of the process. Then when it came to the move, two movers, Q and Dean, were very professional. I had specific instructions in how I wanted my items stored away and they followed instructions and did such a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend them!

Crew arrived at the time they had communicated. Very friendly and efficient. They carefully packed everything and asked questions if unsure of something. Left everything neat and clean. Communicated what happens next and what time they would arrive. Communication was excellent across the company. My main contact was Sheila and her communications and follow up was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company if you are planning a move.

Our moving team, Matt and Victor, were extremely professional, prompt, and efficient. They were respectful to my husband and I, and took great care with our belongings. Our experience with the company to date, from working with Shane to get the initial estimate, Sheila on the logistics and options, and working with the team who packed and moved everything, has been very positive. I have used this Olde World Movers for 2 different moves in the last two months. I had a large move last month and the movers were professional, courteous, and took extremely good care of all of our belongings. They move pianos also! It was actually a pleasant experience considering it was a two day move, because we had to be out before closing on the home we sold. They showed up the next morning to move out our belongings to our new home and were just as wonderful.
This month my daughter had to move from her apartment and her movers were on time, courteous, put everything back together, removed all wrapping materials, and were super efficient. This was a sensitive situation and they were clear to let me know that they had read their notes and understood and would handle everything. I can’t say enough good things about these gentlemen. The quote was what we paid this time as well. I am so thankful I found this company! Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been very understanding and helpful.

Kenneth and Victor were awesome. Showed up on time, quickly and safely wrapped furniture and loaded us out and off to storage. Storage was neatly stacked. Really appreciated their can do attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend Old World Movers. Will be using them for whole house move next month.
